Product Function Introduction
The 3C60 spring-centered spool design enables three-position four-way control logic: the spool returns to the neutral position automatically when the solenoid is de-energized, cutting off oil flow to the actuator and preventing unexpected movement. When either side of the solenoid is energized, the spool shifts to direct hydraulic oil to the rod side or cap side of the cylinder (or forward/reverse port of the motor), achieving accurate start-stop, forward-reverse, and speed regulation of hydraulic actuators.
2. Pilot-Operated Large-Flow Adaptability
Adopting a pilot-operated structure, the valve uses low-power solenoids to control the pilot oil pressure, which drives the main spool to shift. This design allows the valve to handle large flow rates (up to 120 L/min for the 06 size) under high system pressure, making it suitable for heavy hydraulic equipment that requires high power output, such as injection molding machines, hydraulic presses, and construction machinery.
3. Stable 24VDC Solenoid Actuation
Equipped with a 24VDC wet-type solenoid, the valve has excellent heat dissipation performance and anti-vibration capability.
